My mother has been diagnosed with thyroid goiter 2 years ago and she did ignore it. But now it is very noticeable and she is very annoyed with it. She has been to her GP and she was told that she has to do a surgery to remove that thyroid goiter, but mum does not want to undergo an operation because she is very afraid. She wanted to be on medication. Seeing her situation, I have been on the net to find some solution. I came across syntroid, which is use to treat enlarged goiter. Do my mother needs prescription first before using this medication??
