now to answer the questions your hair is made of dead skin cells which dont have the pigment the skin does in them

you dont blink as much if you open your mouth thats y women keep their mouths open to put on mascara

and glue needs air to set and there isnt air in a bottle of glue

Hummm, that's sounds concieveable, logical, and justifiable. Now here are my answers......
When the sun does lighten up your hair, that means it's time for a new wig, or toupe.and trash the old one, and your skin isn't really dark, just that you didn't scrub good enough when you washed it.

And women have their mouth open when smearing charcoal on their eyes, cause they hopefully try to catch it with their mouth in case it falls off.

And about the glue, most of it does stick to the bottle, at least, cause when you buy it full, there's hardly any come out, and it's a new bottle.
