A clear conscience is usually the sign of a bad memory.

Dumb things People Do

A Colorado man accidentally shot himself to death when he attempted to answer his phone, which was lying on his nightstand along with a revolver. He picked the gun up by mistake and put it to his head, where it discharged, killing him

I guess that's what you get for roaming charges.

Although it is disputed, many believe that he first landed on what is called Guanahani or Watling Island, a small island of the Bahamas. He landed on October 12, and named the island San Salvador. He also visited Cuba and Hispaniola on his voyage.

It is a matter of some controversy. Both Spain and the Dominican Republic claim to have the remains of Christopher Columbus. After completing four voyages to the New World, Columbus died in 1506 in Spain, but he wished to be buried in the Americas. In the years since, his body was shipped around to various burial site, and , because of a possible mix-up, it is not certain exactly which remains are the remains of Columbus. DNA tests have been suggested to answer the question once and for all

The roadrunner is the official bird of New Mexico.
