How does it feel to spend christmas alone?

Having spent past Christmases with someone, how does someone feel when he or she is alone or separated from his loved one? Just thought I'd ask.

Being alone at christmas is difficult...depression really hits. But if you can just realize all the family and friends that love and care for you,it makes it a little easier. And not everyone has someone in there life. (look how many singles,dating sites there are LOL)..So look to the bright side of things 2005 is soon upon us... Smiles Pypes

But what you have to do is enjoy every Minute of life you have and try new and different things...that is what Life is all about from the Minute we are born we Grow and experience all of the wonderful things in the world....Try to smile once each day and have fun and have a great Holiday Season.....Do have a Blue Christmas have a fun One....Tom

We used to get together with my mates over christmas and we would all invite anyone we knew was along we always ended up having a really good time .

Christmas on your own would be unbearable otherwise.
