Error posting pics

Always I try to post any pic, I get this error:

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 127

Command:

"/usr/bin/mogrify" -size 100x100 -quality 70 -geometry 100x100 '/home/hotbars/public_html/pictures/data/504/532Yo_y_la_Guitarra-thumb.jpg'

The pics are less than 500KB (this one in particular is 79KBs).

Why??

Sorry, I moved to a faster server and it messed up the gallery. It is fixed now :)

Now when I post the pic, the system says:

No more images found.

And my pic doesn't appear in the gallery... :(
