What is the Kuiper Belt?

Doesn't it have something to do with planets in the solar system?

Yes, Lynn...It does. The Kuiper Belt is a ring of celestial bodies orbiting outside our solar system, beyond the farthest planets, Neptune and Pluto, Scientists believe that the Kuiper belt may be a source of comets. Hmmm, celestial bodies....that sounds very interesting. ;)
