Dating dilemma

I have been going through this dilemma of not confesing a girl for whom i am having feelings since one half years. Am not shy but dont have the courage of going to her and say about my feelings for her. I am afraid of being rejected. In this one and half years i dint find out whether she is dating (http://www.adultxdating.co.nz) some one or she is having some special person in his life. Is there any way out or overcoming this dilemma. Please help me out ...!!!
